Main Criterion
As much as we value the musical skill of an artist, we prioritise our unified philosophy over talent in all circumstances. We welcome artists of all abilities, with numerous opportunities tailored to your capabilities, on condition that you are an individual that believes in our mission.

Freeloaders looking to take advantage of the project will not be entertained.
Other Requirements
The following are less demanding, but still vital components of our operation:
1.Replying your messages on our chat. A simple “yes”, “no” or “tbc” goes a long way.

2.Attend at least one internal open mic every 3 months. This enables you to be familiar with all members of the project and up-to-date with new events and activities. It also shows your continual support for the project.

3.Respect, and be supportive of your fellow members. Attend other member’s gigs when you can and go crazy for them. Also, give constructive feedback to help them improve when they ask for it.
